Deadlines for transmitting the notice
The notice must be given in accordance with the following requirements:
- No later than 4:00 p.m. the day before : For flights operated from Tuesday to Saturday, during the airport's opening hours as defined in Annex 1 of the decree.
- At the latest 24 hours in advance : For flights operated from Tuesday to Saturday, when the notice is given during the airport's closing hours, as well as on December 25 and January 1.
- No later than Friday at 4:00 PM : For flights operated on Sunday or Monday, during opening or closing hours the airport's
Information to be provided as part of the notice
1. Sender's identity
- First and last name.
- Full contact details (telephone, email).
2. Notice of departure
- Date of flight.
- Scheduled departure time (local time).
- Departure aerodrome.
- Destination city and country.
3. Notice of arrival
- Date of flight.
- Estimated time of landing (local time).
- Aerodrome of origin.
- City and country of origin.
4. Aircraft Information
- Aircraft type.
- Registration.
- Airline (if applicable).
- Flight number.
5. Flight type
- Tourism.
- Business.
- Freight.
- Other (to be specified).
6. Crew on board
- Number of crew members.
- Number of passengers.
7. List of names of persons on board
An attached document must specify the following for each crew member and each passenger:
- Name.
- First name.
- Nationality.
- Passport or identity card number.
8. Information on the goods transported
The notice must state:
- The nature of the merchandise.
- The possible presence of sums of money, securities, valuables.
- All goods subject to declaration.
