The airport's operational management is handled by SEALAR (Société d'Exploitation et d'Action Locale pour les Aéroports Régionaux). A specialist in regional airports, SEALAR coordinates the site's development and operation, while ensuring safety, modernization, and compliance with environmental standards.

The Le Havre Seine Métropole urban community has entrusted the operation and management of Le Havre-Octeville Airport to SAS SEADRCH (Société d'Exploitation Aéroportuaire de Deauville Rouen Caen Le Havre), under a Public Service Delegation agreement.

Normandy Airports Association
Le Havre-Octeville Airport is part of theAéroports de Normandie association, which coordinates the actions of the four Normandy platforms to develop mobility, tourism and trade in the region.
