The Le Havre Seine Métropole urban community has entrusted the operation and management of Le Havre-Octeville Airport to SAS SEADRCH (Société d'Exploitation Aéroportuaire de Deauville Rouen Caen Le Havre), under a Public Service Delegation agreement.
In this capacity, SEADRCH pays particular attention to the enhancement of the public domain under concession in compliance with the General Code of Public Property and informs you of land availability (Call for Expressions of Interest) and requests for Temporary Occupation Authorizations (Spontaneous Expression of Interest).
