The airport owner
Le Havre–Octeville Airport is owned by the Le Havre Seine Métropole Urban Community, which comprises 54 municipalities. As the owner, it defines the overall direction of the site and ensures that the airport is fully integrated into the economic, tourism, and mobility development policies of the region.
The Urban Community acts as the guarantor of the public interest, coordinating the platform's activities with the needs of residents, businesses, and institutional stakeholders in the region. It also ensures the site's regulation in compliance with safety standards and environmental requirements.
